<p>The overall purpose of this tool is to allow any organisation to identify what the culture is with regard to issues of <strong>environmental sustainability and social justice</strong>. As legislation changes and the focus on sustainability issues become more and more tied to business results and employee satisfaction, this survey can help you to find out where you are and map where you want to get to.</p>
<ul>
<li>Is your organisation <strong>Reactive?</strong></li>
<li>Is it <strong>Compliant?</strong></li>
<li>Is it <strong>Proactive?</strong></li>
<li>Is concern for environmental sustainability and social justice an <strong>Intrinsic</strong> part of everyday work?</li>
</ul>
<p>This tool uses 40 questions to <strong>determine</strong> the <strong>employees’ perception</strong> of how your organisation fits into the above four categories. The programming technology which powers the survey also has the ability to capture participants’ comments from each different section.<br />
Each person in the <strong>chosen department or entire organisation</strong> responds to every question. All inputting is done in an easy-to-use online format.<br />
<strong>The output is delivered in graphic form</strong> and compares results from various categories of employee, location and business unit, with no limit to the number of people who can participate.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p id="top" />Stéphanie recently graduated from Imperial College with a MSc. in Environmental Technology. Previously, she gained a BSc. Hons. in Management and Systems from City University. After working in hedge fund services and foreign exchange at JPMorgan Chase, she changed career and focused instead on communications in the energy and environment sector by working at the World Energy Council. This led to work at the InterAcademy Council and the report “Lighting the Way – Toward a Sustainable Energy Future”. This report was commissioned by the governments of China and Brazil and co-chaired by José Goldemberg and Steve Chu, current US Energy Secretary.</p>
<p><span id="more-709"></span>During her year at Imperial College, she became interested in behavioural change and wrote her thesis on <a href="http://www.neweraconsulting.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/Executive-summary-Stéphanie-Jacometti.pdf" target="_blank">“Creating and sustaining a behavioural change in energy conservation – The role of Foundations.”</a> This led to training as a facilitator in the Be The Change Symposium and a commitment to making behavioural change sustainability programmes available worldwide. Apart from being an environmentalist, Stéphanie is also a regular theatregoer and attends productions at least every fortnight. She is energetic, a natural enthusiastic communicator and enjoys leading teams.</p>
