The overall purpose of this tool is to allow any organisation to identify what the culture is with regard to issues of environmental sustainability and social justice. As legislation changes and the focus on sustainability issues become more and more tied to business results and employee satisfaction, this survey can help you to find out where you are and map where you want to get to.

This tool uses 40 questions to determine the employees’ perception of how your organisation fits into the above four categories. The programming technology which powers the survey also has the ability to capture participants’ comments from each different section.
Each person in the chosen department or entire organisation responds to every question. All inputting is done in an easy-to-use online format.
The output is delivered in graphic form and compares results from various categories of employee, location and business unit, with no limit to the number of people who can participate.

Exciting Event in Business

Whether you have been to one of our ‘Symposiums’ or not we want to just say thank you for your interest and your time.

During her year at Imperial College, she became interested in behavioural change and wrote her thesis on “Creating and sustaining a behavioural change in energy conservation – The role of Foundations.” This led to training as a facilitator in the Be The Change Symposium and a commitment to making behavioural change sustainability programmes available worldwide. Apart from being an environmentalist, Stéphanie is also a regular theatregoer and attends productions at least every fortnight. She is energetic, a natural enthusiastic communicator and enjoys leading teams.
