Performance Coaching
Our belief is that coaching can provide the access to improved performance. We define performance as the result of potential minus interference. In partnership with our coaches, you will naturally find a way to reduce or remove the interference between where you are now and your best possible performance.
Our performance coaching is based on a non-directive approach and incorporates a lot of the philosophy and methodology of the Inner Game. We don’t claim to have any answers, nor the perfect model which guarantees success. Rather, you have the necessary ability, creativity and understanding – it just needs uncovering and releasing so that you can perform at your best. The heart of our coaching is asking questions that raise awareness and bring to the fore your unique insight and ability in the area in which you wish to have a leap in performance, rather than offering a prescription, or some profound wisdom from the coach.
The benefits of this approach are many. Most importantly, any solution you create is yours, the product of your creativity. As a result of engaging with one of our coaches, not only will you dramatically elevate your performance in the area you want to improve, but you will also find yourself trusting yourself more and having a deep appreciation of your potential. If you are a manager, you may well find that you naturally start to do the same with your direct reports; a better sense of team, performance and increased productivity will start to emerge around you.
